The STS250/500/800-C125 High Capacity STS Transfer Cabinet is engineered for battery energy storage systems that demand higher load capacity, faster switching performance, and maximum power reliability. It is designed for commercial and industrial BESS projects, microgrid systems, renewable energy integration, and critical infrastructure applications where uninterrupted power is essential.
This high capacity STS transfer cabinet enables seamless switching between grid power and energy storage systems in less than 20 milliseconds. The ultra-fast transfer protects sensitive loads such as data centers, telecom systems, medical facilities, and advanced manufacturing equipment from power interruptions or voltage fluctuations.
Built with a highly integrated cabinet design, the system combines static transfer switch technology, intelligent metering, dual power input control, communication modules, and expandable load interfaces. The cabinet also supports solar inverter integration and priority load management, allowing continuous power delivery even during grid outages.
Compared with standard STS cabinets, the C125 model is optimized for higher current handling capability and improved switching stability. It provides stronger system redundancy, enhanced electrical protection, and flexible expansion capacity for large-scale battery energy storage and hybrid energy projects.
