For sites with limited grid capacity or integrated energy requirements, battery storage, solar and EPC coordination can be incorporated around the EV charging system.

EV Charger R&D System

AnengJi’s EV charger R&D system connects product engineering, prototype development, testing, manufacturing feedback and application support. More than 30 technical professionals—including doctoral and postgraduate specialists, professor-level senior engineers and senior engineers—work on the development, testing and application of EV charging equipment.

R&D activities are supported through teams in Shenzhen and Xi’an, cooperation with technical partners in Germany and Switzerland, and collaboration with universities. The purpose of this network is to turn changes in vehicle platforms, charging standards, electrical conditions and operating environments into verified product requirements.

Advanced EV Charger Manufacturing

AnengJi operates a 40,000 m² production base for EV charging equipment. More than 50 professional production and testing assets support enclosure processing, component preparation, charger assembly, configuration, inspection and shipment preparation.

Key production equipment includes Yawei intelligent press brakes, TRUMPF automated laser-cutting systems and CNC bending centres. These capabilities support controlled enclosure fabrication, dimensional consistency and repeatable production for AC, DC and high-power charging equipment.

EV Charger Testing Facilities

Charging equipment quality depends on more than final appearance inspection. AnengJi uses dedicated electrical, functional and material-analysis equipment to verify products and components against the approved design and order requirements.

EV Charging R&D and Patents

AnengJi holds more than 100 core patents, including over 50 invention patents and more than 50 utility-model and design patents. Representative intellectual-property assets should be linked to the charging function, structure or manufacturing method they protect, rather than displayed only as a total number.

Current engineering priorities include charging architecture, power conversion, thermal management, centralized power allocation, charger control and communication, enclosure protection and adaptation to different grid and vehicle conditions.
