Chengdu launches its first public liquid-cooled ultra-fast EV charging station at Decathlon Tianfu Mall
A new milestone in Chengdu’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure has been reached, as a public liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging station began trial operations at the ground parking lot of Decathlon Tianfu Mall in Chengdu High-tech South District. This site is recognized as the first public fast-charging station in Chengdu equipped with liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging technology. The liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging system features higher charging efficiency, improved thermal management and better stability during high-power operation, enabling EV drivers to complete charging sessions in significantly less time—particularly beneficial for urban and high-mileage users.
